Flat topped clusters of yellow flowers that are taller than the surrounding buds. Followed by beaked, cylindrical fruit. Green leaves, the basal leaves coarsely hairy, the upper leaves clasping the stem. Height: To 1m.

Throughout most of Ireland on waste ground, arable, cliffs and riverbanks
