Scientific names follow Stace 1997.
The Census Catalogue of the Flora of Ireland 2nd edition 1987 (Scannell and Synnott) was my source for Irish names and details of which plants are native to Ireland.
I would like to thank Paul Green (BSBI v.c. recorder Waterford and Wexford) for botanical consultancy and proof reading and Aindí Mac Giolla Chomhghaill for correcting my errors with Irish names.
