Fen Pondweed Potamogeton coloratus Liach eanaigh Family: Potamogetonaceae Flowering June - July. Aquatic perennial. Native. Very small flowers with four perianth segments and stamens. The separate carpels ripen to small nutlets. The floating leaves are oval to elliptical-lanceolate, +/- translucent with clearly visible cross-veins. Narrow submerged leaves.
