White Fuchsia Fuchsia magellanica 'Molinae' (Fuchsia magellanica var. molinae) Family: Onagraceae Flowering: June - October. Deciduous shrub. Garden escape. A cultivated variety of Red Fuchsia The graceful, very pale-pink or whitish flowers are pendent and long-stalked. Sepals are whitish-pink with the petals sometimes slightly darker. Deciduous leaves on arching stems but the young growth is frost-tender. Spreads by suckers or is occasionally self-sown. Height to 2.75m. An occasional garden escape, discard or relic of cultivation. |
