Meadow-foam / Poached-egg Plant Limnanthes douglasii Family: Limnnanthaceae Flowering: June-October. Annual. Introduced. The shallow cup-shaped flowers are white with yellow centres and seed very freely. Glossy, fine-toothed leaves are yellow-green and twice pinnate. Erect to spreading growth habit with slender stems. An occasional garden escape on roadsides and wasteground.
