Flowering time: August-September. Perennial. Introduced.

Pale-pink flowers are in groups of 1-3 in the leaf-axils. The stalked pale grey-green leaves are slightly lobed and folded on downy, slightly-branched stems. Height 60-120cm.

Originally introduced as a medicinal plant. Rare and decreasing, but still recorded from coastal southern and western Ireland.
