Creeping Forget-me-not Myosotis secunda Ceotharnach reatha Family: Boraginaceae Flowering time: May-August. Perennial. Native. Leafy spikes of pale blue flowers with slightly notched petals, a yellow eye and white honey-guides. Long fruit-stalks. Leaves are oblong-oval and broadest above middle. Upper stem has adpressed hairs, lower stem is covered with long, spreading hairs. Produces many leafy runners. Found on peaty acidic marshes, bogs and wet upland heaths.
