Flowering time: May-September. Annual. Introduced.

Pale pink or pink flowers. More than 15 in racemes longer than the stalk below the first flower. Lower petal slightly spoon-shaped. Sepals with forward-pointing sharp teeth all round margins. Fruit rough when dry, broad-ovate, truncate base. Scrambling, sprawling to 1m.

Grows on free-draining acidic soils on arable, horticultural and waste ground and at field edges. Identified by Paul Green, BSBI
