Praire Mallow / Greek Mallow Of Sidalcea malviflora origin Family: Malvaceae Flowering: June-August. Perennial. Introduced. Terminal spikes of pink-purple flowers. The lower leaves are shallowly lobed, the upper leaves either deeply palmate or 3-7 lobed. Erect, slightly downy stems. Height to 1.5m. An occasional garden escape, discard or relic of cultivation sometimes found on open ground and urban waste land. |
