Flowering time: January-December. Annual. Native.

Small white flowers with deeply indented petals. The leaves are hairless, cordate with a central vein. Sprawling growth, 5-40cm.

Widespread, very common in moist, nitrogenous fields, gardens, woods, roadsides and waste ground.

Similar: Three-nerved Sandwort, Moehringia trinervia. Leaves with three veins, flowers with un-divided petals.
