Pale yellow flowers with 4 petals, buds overtop the flowers.
Hairless green leaves, upper leaves clasping the stem.
Leaves of new rosettes are pale blue-green. Height: To 1m.

Waste ground, roadsides, edges of arable land, disturbed ground.

Similar: Turnip, B. rapa.
